East meets West
Growing up in a Western country as an Asian taught me to try everything from different cultures and to learn to eat what various parts in the world have to offer me.
From potatoes till rice, from broccoli till bok choy and from apples to durians. I have learned to eat what comes my way and now I find a way to eat those foods.
I love to combine the best of two cuisines and create something that is both tasteful and familiar to me.
