Steak Salad with Blue Cheese
If you love steak and blue cheese, this is a must-try salad for a simple, romantic dinner with your loved one. Rich of flavours with a great variety of vegetables. It's so easy and quick to make that you can eat it everyday of the week without having to spend hours in the kitchen.
For the steak you can use any type you like; New York Steak, Cast Iron Steak, Rib-eye or filet mignon.
For this steak recipe my family loves to use Balsamic Creme dressing or Balsamic Glaze import from Modena, Italy. It's a perfect thickened, smooth and velvety dressing for meat dishes.
